We provide both competitive fixed-fee and hourly estimates for students, and prefer payment via PayPal. We offer a 10% rebate for payments made in full within 24 hours of invoicing. College Paper Partner provides hourly fee estimates for long term, multi-step projects. Fixed-fee estimates can be provided if the student provides the following information:
- Specific assignment details
- Deadlines, timelines
- Drafts of work
- Accurate page count
- Style guide specification
- Department guidelines
- University guidelines (IRB, research guidelines, formatting guidelines)
- Information about academic committees and committee reviews
After receiving a project inquiry, a referral editor or team of editors who specialize in the relevant field will assess the project and make proposals to the student regarding scope, schedule, and payment. College Paper Partner requires a good faith deposit to initiate work for all projects not to exceed 50% of the proposal, if a fixed fee. On hourly fee projects, College Paper Partner will negotiate a good faith deposit that is applicable to the ongoing project fees. Clients who have short term, quick turn-around projects (shorter than one month) on fixed fees are invoiced through Pay Pal for the remaining balance when the project has been completed, turned in, and accepted as sufficient by the client. Clients who have longer-term projects are sent statements, time sheets, and are invoiced monthly for the balance through Pay Pal.
